Accepting These Terms by Registering

Creating a Spinational account and completing registration is treated as your acceptance of every clause in this document, and the resulting agreement is legally binding between you and Dreamline Ventures SRL for as long as your account remains open. You are agreeing not only to the wording as it stands today but to the process described below for how it can change, so registering without reading the full text does not reduce your obligations under it. If any individual clause is found unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, the remainder of the agreement continues to apply.

Bonus Wagering, Deposits and Withdrawals

Casino bonus funds carry a 35x wagering requirement calculated on the combined deposit and bonus amount, and this multiplier applies to every stage of the welcome package as well as to reload and cashback offers unless a promotion states otherwise. Free spin winnings, including those from the 250 spins on Big Bass Bonanza 1000, carry a separate 40x wagering requirement. While a bonus is active your maximum bet is $5 per spin or hand; wagers placed above this limit while bonus funds are in play can void the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Voided Rounds, Governing Law and the Absence of an Australian Licence

Where a technical malfunction affects a game round, whether through a display error, a connection failure or a fault in the game engine itself, the round in question is voided and any bets placed on it are returned to the balance from which they were drawn. A malfunction does not entitle a player to a result other than the one the game software would have produced under normal operation, and Spinational reserves the right to correct any balance that was credited in error as a result of a fault, including reversing withdrawals already requested against an incorrect balance.

This agreement, and your use of the Spinational platform, is governed by the law under which Dreamline Ventures SRL is licensed, and any dispute not resolved directly with support is subject to the jurisdiction of the Tobique Gaming Commission under gaming licence no. 0000071, issued pursuant to the Tobique Gaming Act 2023. Spinational does not hold an Australian gaming licence, is not authorised under Australian law, and is not regulated by any Australian body; players located in Australia access the platform on an offshore basis and remain responsible for confirming that doing so is lawful in their own circumstances before registering.

Verifying Your Identity and Our Limitation of Liability

Before a first withdrawal is processed, or at any point we consider it necessary, we may require verification of your identity and the payment method used to fund your account. Acceptable documents include an Australian driver’s licence, a passport or a Medicare card, together with a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. Verification requests are typically resolved within one to two business days of a complete document set being submitted through live chat or emailed to [email protected]. An incomplete or illegible submission will delay the review and the associated withdrawal until a usable copy is provided.

To the fullest extent permitted, Spinational’s liability to any player is limited to the funds held in that player’s account balance at the time a dispute arises. We are not liable for losses caused by a player’s own equipment, internet connection or third-party payment provider, nor for indirect or consequential losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.

Prohibited Conduct and Player Eligibility

Only one account is permitted per person, per household and per payment method; a second account discovered during a review will be closed and any bonus winnings forfeited, regardless of when the duplicate was created. Registration and continued use of the platform are restricted to players aged 18 and over, and we may request proof of age at any stage. Multi-accounting, bonus abuse (including depositing solely to trigger a promotion with no intention of ordinary play), collusion between players at the same table, and the use of automated software, scripts or bots to place bets are all prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any related winnings.

How These Terms Can Change

We may amend these terms at any time to reflect changes in our payment methods, promotions, licensing arrangements or operating practices. Material changes are communicated by email to the address on file and by a notice displayed on the platform before they take effect. Continuing to use your Spinational account after a change has taken effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; if you do not agree with a change, you may close your account before it takes effect and any eligible balance will be returned to you through your original payment method where possible.
